Key areas of accountability:
&#; Lead a quality engineer team to manage new product quality at product whole life cycle from RFQ to EOL to ensure produce smoothly and satisfy with customer requirement.
&#; Lead a quality engineer team to be act as customer interface for quality contract and requirement negotiation and transfer within project team.
&#; Lead a quality engineer team to be responsible for new product release quality planning and monitor the performance
&#; Lead a quality engineer team to manage Sub contractor on setting quality / test standard to ensure the quality fully meet customer requirement.
&#; Lead a quality engineer team to work with other departments to drive process and product quality improvement
&#; Lead a quality engineer team to drive the quality improvement in trial run and mass production phase, accurate feedback to project teams on CSR for Quality control plan, product validation.
&#; Lead a quality engineer team to execute internal Failure Analysis for quality issue and follow up the effectiveness of FAR and 8D
&#; Lead a quality engineer team to handle customer complaint (8D) and warranty returns, drive corrective and preventive actions
&#; Team management/building/development, morale inspiring, contribute to team talent retention
Job scope:
Work under minimum supervising and most tasks can be finished independently with relevant knowledge. Works require initiation and cases can be different. Interaction with both internal and external parties and communication will reach levels from junior employee to senior management. Work requires independent decision making and the decision would directly influence the quality result.
Qualification:
&#; Academic / Professional Qualification: University Degree in Electronics / Mechanical /Acoustic
&#; Working Experience: Min 6 years’ experience, preferably in AV product box at build level. Acoustic experience is an advantage.
&#; Expertise / Skills: Familiar with ISO, IATF9 or VDA6.3 requirements. Good in quality tools like APQP/SPC/MSA/FMEA/PPAP and 8D, good analytical skill (statistical skill) and process audit skill.
&#; Understand and able to fulfil the customer requirements and customer special requirement.
&#; Language skills: fluent English (written & spoken)
&#; Personal Attributes: Aggressive, assertive, good in follow up, able to work independently under pressure, detail and hardworking, good leadership.
